Michele M. Muir

Michele Marie Muir, 38, of Erie, Pa, formerly of Blairsville, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA .
The daughter of Kevin D. Muir, Sr. and Lois E. (Huey) Muir, she was born July 29, 1980 in Indiana, PA
She previously worked as an aide at a nursing home. She enjoyed cooking and has lived the past two years in Erie.
Surviving are her three sons, Haundray Muir of Johnstown, Avery Nelson of Fort Bragg, SC, and Isaiah Nelson of Blairsville; daughter, Shamara Nelson of Lancaster; father, Kevin (Sandy) Muir, Sr.; brother, Kevin Muir, Jr. of Bolivar; step-sister, Nellie Huey of Indiana; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois E. Muir in 1980; sister, Bobbie Jo Ann Muir in 2010; paternal grandparents, Harry Muir and Audrey (Patton) Muir; maternal grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Lambing.
As per the family’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Interment will be in McDowell Cemetery.
