Cynthia J. Huntley

Cynthia Jean (Hirko) Huntley, 65, of Black Lick, PA passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 in Homer City, PA.

The daughter of Edward A. Hirko, Sr. and Eleanor (Fiffick) Hirko, she was born December 10, 1952 in Montgomery, Alabama.

Cynthia was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral Site and the Black Lick Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

She loved to play bingo, going to the casinos and crafting.

Surviving are two daughters, Theresa Huntley (Jim McKenna) of Derry, NH and Jessica Skafidas (George) of Concord, NH; five grandchildren, Katiya Troutman, Eva Troutman, Sophia Skafidas, Jamey Skafidas and Georgia Skafidas; mother, Eleanor (Fiffick) Hirko of Black Lick; three brothers, John Hirko (Dianne) of Trent Woods, NC, Michael Hirko (Sheryl) of St. Augustine, FL and David Hirko (Traci) of Nashua, NH; two sisters, Elaine McQueeney (Scott) of Stafford, VA and Kathleen DeDantis (Michael) of Sacramento, CA and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1997, her husband, Ronald D. Huntley in 2005 and an infant brother, Edward Hirko, Jr.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Saturday in Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral Site.
