Ronda J. Weinell

Ronda Jean Weinell, 60, of New Alexandria, PA passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA.

The daughter of Carl J. and Grace E. (Howard) Weinell, she was born October 16, 1957 in Latrobe, PA.

Ronda graduated from Blairsville High School and worked as a court reporter.

She was a member of Congruity Presbyterian Church, New Alexandria.

She enjoyed traveling the world, poetry, painting, and photography and loved animals, especially her two dogs.

Surviving are her son, Ryan Gallagher, of New Alexandria; granddaughter, Audiana Gallagher; a brother, Larry Weinell and his wife, Jane of Blairsville; a sister, Sandra Ingmire and her husband, Charles of Blairsville and several nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Cliff Foster officiating.
