Linda J. Garris

Linda Joyce (Hafer) Garris, 66, of Josephine, PA passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Kenneth and Geneva (Milliman) Hafer, she was born September 4, 1951 in Indiana, PA.

Linda enjoyed playing games on her computer and spending time with her granddaughter.

Surviving are three children, two sons, Scott (Jenifer) Hafer of Hanover and Michael Hafer of Indiana and a daughter, Amanda (Paul) Ondo of Clymer; four grandchildren and two sisters, Janet McBurney of Homer City and Bonnie Bryner of Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Homer Frain and a brother, Kenneth Hafer.

As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
