Frances L. Sandolfini

Frances Lorraine (Lawson) Sandolfini, 69, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Beacon Ridge in Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Elmer and Orpha (Varner) Lawson, she was born June 7, 1947 in Blairsville, PA.

Frances attended the Summit Church in Indiana. She loved spending time with family and friends, playing Bingo, and seeing Elvis impersonators.

Surviving are her four sons, Bruno (Jennifer) Sandolfino of Homer City, Mark (Michelle) Sandolfini of Brush Valley, Mario (Rebecca) of Black Lick, and Tony Sandolfini of Strongstown; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; four brothers Ronald (Barbara) Lawson of PA, Clarence “Woody” (Edna) Lawson of GA, Paul Lawson of PA, Clair (Susan) Lawson of NJ; sister, Janice (Paul) Vogel of PA

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bruno J. Sandolfini in 1992; sisters, Loretta (Thomas) Lawson-Lewis and Mary Lawson-McCurdy.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Monday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A Funeral Service will be held at 8:00pm Monday at the funeral home with Rev,. Dick Motzing officiating.

Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Coral, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in Frances’ name.
