Rebecca A. Shank

Rebecca Agnes (Bowers) Shank, 63, of Blairsville, PA (Burrell Twp.) passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at her home.

The daughter of John M. and Helen E. (Hutchison) Bowers, she was born in Benzinger Township, Elk County, PA.

Mrs. Shank worked in car sales.

She enjoyed family gatherings for special occasions and holidays, loved her pets including her dogs and a pet pig and growing plants in her home.

Surviving are her son, Robert Shank of Latrobe; a granddaughter, Kelsey Shank; a great grandson, Sebastian Shank and a special friend, Rick Reese.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Jess Shank in 2016.

As per Mrs. Shank’s wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service.
