John Joseph Kovach, 69, of Latrobe, PA, formerly of Blairsville, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Latrobe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Latrobe.
The son of Steve and Anna M. (Denkovich) Kovach, he was born July 22, 1946 in Brenizer, PA.
John worked in construction and was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving is a brother, Michael E. Kovach of Chandler, AZ and a sister, Pauline Cochran of Cleveland, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Anna Mae (Richards) Kovach on January 5, 2013; three brothers, David, Steve and Daniel and a sister, Mary Ann Kovach.
As per John’s wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service.
Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery, Sandy Twp., Clearfield Co., PA.
