Darlene led a consistent Christian life reaching out to friends and family and tried to make a difference in their lives. She was a long-time member of the Nightengals, who sing at various local functions, and also the Blairsville Monday Music Club.
She loved the beauty of the outdoors by adorning her yard with flowers. Reunions with extended family member at Elizabethtown were unforgettable.
