Patricia (Harshyne) Johns, 68, of Lucernemines, PA passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at her home. The daughter of John M. and Victoria K. (Drawl) Harshyne, she was born January 17, 1947 in Lucernemines. Patricia graduated from Laura Lamar High School in 1965 and from Everest College with a degree in business management in 2014. She worked for many years at Indiana County Head Start. She also worked for Adelphia Cable and lastly with Wyotech. She was a member of Blairsville FOE #1488 Ladies Auxiliary and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are two daughters, Amy M. Enterline (Mark) of Blairsville and Victoria L. Barelick (David) of Blairsville; seven grandchildren, Kelsey Johnston, Kara Johnston, Stephen Johnston, Connor Enterline, Rena Enterline, Meghan Barelick and Christopher Barelick; four great grandchildren and a brother Stephen Harshyne of Placentia, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Kathryn Harshyne and a brother, John Harshyne. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Monday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Joe Ryer officiating. Interment will be in St. Louis Cemetery, Lucernemines, PA.
