Faye Vivian (Laney) Kantz, 80, of Black Lick, PA passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 in Lynn Haven Personal Care Home, Black Lick, PA. The daughter of Jesse and Minnie (Clevenger) Laney, she was born, February 25, 1934 in Barnesboro, PA. Mrs. Kantz lived in Black Lick for many years and attended the Free Methodist Church, Black Lick. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jack Kantz. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Cory A. Braatz officiating. Interment will be in Luther Chapel Cemetery, Coral, PA.
