Clara Elizabeth (Randolph) Norris, 92, of Akron, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 in Akron City Hospital, Akron, OH. The daughter of Granville and May (Jenkins) Randolph, she was born October 14, 1921 in Homer City, PA. Mrs. Norris retired from Bell Telephone in New York with 20 years of service. She is survived by her son, Ronald K. Randolph (Diane) of New Rochelle, NY; a grandson, Ryan Randolph of New Rochelle, NY; a sister, Sarah Rigby of Akron, OH and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Norris and two brothers, Clark and George. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home with Elder Stanford Webb officiating. Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
