Frances Stewart

Frances W. (Bergman) Stewart, 63, of Gibsonia, PA passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford, PA. The daughter of Byron W. and Sara R. (Ritzinger) Bergman, she was born June 15, 1951 in Indiana, PA. Frances graduated from Redbank High School, New Bethlehem in 1969, from Waynesburg College with a Bachelor of Art in Education in 1973 and from Washington Hospital School of Nursing in 1990. She worked as a registered nurse in oncology for West Penn Allegheny Health System. She loved and lived for her grandchildren. Surviving are her daughter, Francesca L. Zottola and her husband, Antonio of Gibsonia; four grandchildren, Francesco, Giovanni and twins, Emilia and Josephine and a brother, Bill Bergman and his wife, Shirley of Lansdale, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents. As per Frances' wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2014, in the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, 5825 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, PA 15007 with Rev. Dan Muttart officiating.
