Arthur Wayne Smith, 78, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014 at his home. The son of Donald W. Smith and Wilda (Altvater) Smith, he was born November 6, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA. As per Arthur's wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service. Interment will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, Pittsburgh, PA.
