Samuel Wayne Miller, 65, of Blairsville, PA (Brush Valley Twp.) passed away on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.A son of Thomas F. and Mary Ellen (Price) Miller, he was born July 24, 1945 in Robinson, PA.Mr. Miller was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Blairsville. He worked 35 years for Marsolino Construction Co., Latrobe, retiring as a blaster.Surviving are two daughters, Wendy D. Michels and her husband, James of Bridgeville and Melissa J. Casper of Richmond Hill, GA; four grandchildren, Kristyl, Michael, Hope and Summer; a sister, Lois Kabasta and her husband, Rudy of Gas Center and four brothers, Robert J. Miller and his wife, Shirl of Homer City; Richard A. Miller and his wife, Debra of Blairsville; Clarence J. Miller and his wife, Letty of Blairsville and Gerald "Hoppy" Stiles of Blairsville.He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, George Miller and Eugene Miller.The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. John McMannus officiating.Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery, West Wheatfield Twp., PA
