Crissy Ann Stiffler, 40, of Glen Campbell, PA formerly of Blairsville passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her home.A daughter of Charles H. and Erma D. (Berenbrok) Stiffler, she was born May 7, 1971 in Indiana, PA.Crissy was a member of the First Baptist Church, Blairsville.She graduated from Blairsville High School in 1989, attended West Virginia University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Wright County Technology, where she also taught. She went to the Air Force before becoming a paramedic, and was working the last 10 years for Citizens Ambulance Service.She enjoyed crocheting and fishing.Surviving are her parents, Charles and Erma Stiffler of Blairsville; three sisters, Barbie Wojichowski and husband, Woj of Blairsville; Dee-Ann Bollinger and husband, George of Blairsville and Becky Stewart and husband, Butch of Blairsville; five nieces and nephews, Cari Wojichowski, Kandis Bollinger, Brock Wojichowski, Charlie Brewer and Onreey Stewart; a special friend, Kristin Wright and a good friend Janelle Lydic.She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Florence Stiffler and maternal grandparents, Harry and Dorothy Berenbrok.The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the First Baptist Church, Blairsville, PA with Rev. Cory A. Braatz officiating.Interment will be in Uniontown Cemetery, Green Twp., PA.Military services will be accorded by the Blairsville VFW Post #5821 and American Legion Post #0407.
