Holly Ann (Libengood) Colgan, 42, of Latrobe, PA passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe, PA.A daughter of Netta C. (Bollinger) Varner, she was born September 21, 1969 in Indiana, PA.She worked nine years as a certified nursing assistant for St. Anne Home, Greensburg, PA.Holly enjoyed working with plastic canvas and reading.Surviving are her mother, Netta Varner of Latrobe; three children, Keith Colgan of Latrobe; Khala Colgan of Latrobe and Silverine Pirl and husband, Kenneth of Connellsville; two grandchildren, Kreighton Colgan and Vincent Lockhart; six brothers and sisters, James Libengood of Derry; Tammy Rose and husband, Alvin of Blairsville; Fred Libengood and wife, Terry of Latrobe; Timothy Libengood and wife, Christine of Greensburg; Tanya Simoncini of Latrobe and Candy Sulkosky and husband, James of New Derry and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Harvey and Olive Bollinger and her uncle and aunt, Wayne and Lois Bollinger.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home with Rev. Reed Moore officiating.Interment will be private.
