Charles Robert St.Clair, 87, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the Dear Haven Personal Care Home, Cherry Tree, PA.The son of William and Marguerite (Hicks) St.Clair, he was born October 3, 1923 in Frankstown, PA.Mr. St.Clair was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army and worked as a power plant supervisor at Torrance State Hospital.His grandsons were his life and he loved his cat, Mischief.Surviving are two daughters, Jacquelyn Rovida and husband, Richard of Johnstown and Linda James of Lake Charles LA; three grandchildren, Ryan and Ian Rovida and Laura James; a brother, Jack St.Clair of Mahaffey, PA and a niece, Georgia Ricketts of Baltimore, MD.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara (LeDrullenec) St.Clair on February 17, 2002; three brothers, Eugene, Earl and James and three sisters, Faye, Evelyn and Pauline.There will be no visitation or funeral service.Interment will be private.Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N.
