Evelyn Louise (Fair) Duncan, 86, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the Bethlen Home, Ligonier, PA.A daughter of the Rev. Brady O. Fair and Olive (Paff) Fair, she was born February 6, 1926 in Butler, PA.Mrs. Duncan was a former member of the Church of God, West Lebanon and had lived in Indiana and Saltsburg.She had worked as baker and decorator for Riverside Bakery, Indiana.Surviving are four sons, Randy Duncan (Kathy) of Shelocta; Brady Duncan (Anna) of Rural Valley; Rickie Duncan (Mary) of Blairsville and Harold Duncan (Robin) of Saltsburg; 12 grandchildren, Jonathon, Krista, Stephen, Gary, Stacey, Kelle, Adam, Lynnzie, Rachael, Katie, Carli and Clayton and four great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles L. Duncan; a son, Gary Duncan; three brothers, Carl, Harold and Marlin Fair and a sister Jo Ann Stanley.The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Gabor Nitsch officiating.Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana, PA.
