Regina (Kelly) Losier, 86, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at her home.A daughter of Joseph A. and Ethel Mae (McCreery) Kelly, she was born March 18, 1926 in Derry Township, PA.Regina lived most of her life on her farm in Black Lick Twp. Grammy, as Regina was known to her friends and family, was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, an avid gardener and superb baker. She was a graduate of Greensburg Bible Institute and was a member of Grace Bible Church, Bradenville. She served faithfully alongside her late husband, the Rev. Harry C. Losier, who was the pastor of Grace Bible Church.Until her last breath, Grammy wanted others to know the savior of the world, Jesus Christ. In 1968, she helped found Grace Bible Camp for this purpose. In 2001, she was instrumental in helping to start Grace Bible Academy. Her life verse was, Jeremiah 29:13, "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."Regina is survived by three children, two sons, Harry Philip Losier and his wife, Tammy of Blairsville and Daniel Joseph Losier and his wife, Diana of Sarasota, FL; her daughter, Carol Jean Thomas of Blairsville; 11 grandchildren, Jason and his wife, Jennifer; Nikki and her husband, Shawn; Emily; Zack and his wife, Kelly; Sarah; Amanda and her husband, David; Kati; Aaron; Alysia; Michael and Anna; 17 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Yolanda Kelly of Blairsville; a niece, Sally (Kelly) Sadosky and numerous other nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, the Rev. Harry C. Losier in 2003; a son who died at birth; three brothers, Harry, Glenn and Ralph Kelly.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Thursday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Ron Sexton officiating.Interment will be in Coles Cemetery, Derry, PA.Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Bible Academy, c/o Grace Bible Church, 128 Bradenville School Road, Bradenville, PA 15620.
