Marion Irene (Miller) Zerfoss, 88, of Clarksburg, PA passed away on Monday, December 24, 2012 at her home.The daughter of Maurice F. Miller and Grace D. (Anderson) Rieder, she was born January 22, 1924 in Erie, PA.Mrs. Zerfoss enjoyed reading and doing puzzles in later years and being a good homemaker was important to her.She was a loving mother, wonderful grandmother and great grandmother.Surviving are a son, Larry E. Zerfoss of Clarksburg, two daughters, Norma Forsha of Clarksburg and Janet Rekitt (Paul) of Clarksburg; two grandchildren, Ken Forsha and Jennifer Longman; a great grandson, Brandon Brewer; brother, Kenneth Miller of Erie; sister, Nancy Price (James) of Erie and a special friend, her cat Callie.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marion E. in 1991; brother, Donald Miller; stepbrother, Ronald Rieder and three sisters, Shirley, Weber, Audrey Sperry and Zetta Malinowski.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Thursday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Lewisville, PA.
