Bradley Bruce Pyle, 62, of Indiana, PA formerly of Blairsville passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA.The son of Forrest S. and Louise (Louther) Pyle, he was born February 18, 1950 in Latrobe, PA.Brad lived his entire life in Blairsville before moving to Indiana a few years ago.He had a very keen interest in Civil War history and visited many of the battlefields of that war with his parents and enjoyed collecting tabs from aluminum cans with his father.Surviving are two aunts and an uncle, Mary (Pyle) Palmer and husband Tom of Seminole, FL and Evelyn (Nees) Pyle of Wilmington, DL; a special and devoted friend, Bonni Dunlap of Blairsville and several cousins.He was preceded in death by his father on March 2, 2010 and his mother on September 26, 2010.Friends will be receive from 12 to 1 P.M. Wednesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Timothy R. Monroe officiating. Interment will be in Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.Memorial contributions may be made in Brad's name to a charity of your choice.
