Paul Thompson Little, 92, of Clarksburg, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville, PA.The son of Jay L. and Bertha (Bolen) Little, he was born August 28, 1921 in Black Lick Twp., PA.Mr. Little was a very active member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, served as a greeter at the annual Ebenezer strawberry festival and was the former president of the Ebenezer Cemetery Association.He was a veteran of the Army, having served during World War II and worked for Federal Lab, Tunnelton, for 45 years, retiring in 1987.Surviving are his daughter, Helen Mae Hoenstine and her husband, Jack of Queen, PA; two brothers, Jay L. Little Jr. of Black Lick and G. Elmer Little of Indiana; a sister, Mary Edith Scott of Clarksburg and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Helen V. (Palmer) Little in 2006 and a sister, Clara Mae Repine.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Additional viewing will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. Thursday at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Lewisville, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Elizabeth Arter officiating.Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Lewisville. Military services will be accorded by the Blairsville VFW Post #5821 and American Legion Post #0407.
