Michelle Marie Lewis, 34, of Homer City, PA passed away on Friday, November 8, 2013 at her home.A daughter of John L. Lewis and Sandra (Watkins) Pope, she was born April 15, 1979 in Monroeville, PA. Michelle worked as a waitress and enjoyed scrap booking, reading and writing poems. Surviving are three children, Bradley, Zachary and Christian Penrose, all of Clarksburg; mother, Sandra Pope and stepfather, Lance Pope of Las Vegas, NV; brother, John Lewis of Las Vegas, NV; fiance, Ronald Weimer of Homer City; maternal grandparents, Bob and Carol Watkins of Clarksburg; maternal grandmother, Stella Caputo of Las Vegas, NV; god parents, John and Linda MacDonald of Wilmerding; aunt and uncle, Terri and Butch Koenig of Turtle Creek. She was preceded in death by her father and paternal grandparents, Elmer and Clara Lewis. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA where a blessing service will be held at 8:00 P.M. Wednesday with Fr. Ronald L. Cyktor, Jr. officiating.
