Malachi Mar'Quez Patterson, 22 months, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at UPMC Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.The son of Devon M. Bailey and Jamie L. (Patterson) Campbell, he was born July 1, 2011 in Indiana, PA.Surviving are his father of Indiana; his mother of Blairsville; two brothers, Zion Patterson and Juan Campbell Jr., both of Blairsville; a stepbrother, Diego Campbell of Blairsville; maternal grandparents, Harry Cochran and Linda Patterson of Homer City; paternal grandparents, Michael Ellerson and Donna Allen of Georgia; maternal great grandmother, Margaret Hodge of Altoona; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Brett M. Dinger officiating.Interment will be Oakland Cemetery, Indiana, PA.Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
