Constance Elizabeth (Cline) Slezak, 63, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at her home.A daughter of Marion David and Thelma (Smith) Cline, she was born May 20, 1947 in Latrobe, PA.Connie graduated from Blairsville High School in 1965 and was the owner of Connie's Day Care, Blairsville, for 20 years.She is survived by two sons, Steven J. Slezak of Blairsville and his fiance, Cassandra Landers and Gregory C. Slezak of Indiana; a daughter, Mary E. Riley and her husband, Pat of Palo Alto, CA; a granddaughter, Quinn; fianc, Larry Cardellino of Blairsville; her parents, Marion and Thelma Cline of Blairsville; four brothers, David Cline and his wife, Cathy of Blairsville; Clark Cline of Blairsville; Jeff Cline and his wife, Thelma of Blairsville and Brian Cline and his wife, Georgette of Naples, FL and a sister, Fay Smith of Blairsville.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Cory A. Braatz officiating.Interment will be private.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
