Doris Jean (Shaffor) Warr, 62, of Homer City, PA passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at her home.A daughter of Ralph and Bertha (Johns) Shaffor, she was born June 30, 1947 in Indiana, PA.Mrs. Warr was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.She is survived by her husband 45 years, David C. Warr Sr. whom she married December 31, 1964; three sons, David Jr. and his wife, Lavone of Waynesburg; Ralph R. and his wife, Karen of Homer City and Lester W. of Homer City; two daughters, Brenda Warr and her friend, William "Fuzzy" Miller of Manassas, VA and Donna Cavada and her husband, Scott of Clarksburg; 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two brothers, Norman Shaffor and his wife, Joann of Indiana and Walter Shaffor and his wife, Mona of Shelocta.She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant sister and a granddaughter, Kayla Moon.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Monday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Cindy Carter officiating.Interment will be in Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA
