Mary Grace (Pavlik) Rob, 93, of Saltsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe, PA.The daughter of Steve J. Pavlik Sr. and Anna (Rakita) Pavlik, she was born August 20, 1916 in Blairsville, PA.Surviving are two sons, Lewis Rob and his wife, April of Latrobe and Bernie Rob of Saltsburg; two daughters, Kathy Lavsa and her husband, Harry of Blairsville and LuAnn Saffron and her husband, Stephen of Blairsville; four grandchildren, Steven Lavsa, Stacey Marie Lavsa, Samuel Lavsa and Christopher Rob; three sisters, Josephine Fedela of Jefferson Hills, Frances Shrum of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Theresa Kozub of Saltsburg; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ludvik Rob in 1985; four brothers, Steve, John, Peter and Paul Pavlik and four sisters, Anna Ruda, Margaret Eustis, Helen McConnell and Victoria Pavlik.The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Thursday in the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A Prayer Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday in the funeral home with Fr. Chester J. Raimer officiating.Interment will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Saltsburg, PA.
