George William Bifield, 91, of Delmont, PA passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at the Ark Twin Valley Personal Care Home, Delmont, PA.The son of George H. and Ethel (Pratt) Bifield, he was born December 12, 1917 in Bridgeport, CT.He was a veteran of the US Army and worked for 30 years at General Motors, West Mifflin, PA, retiring in 1979.Surviving are nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Marjorie Jane (Iseman) Bifield.To honor the wishes of George, there will be no visitation or funeral service.Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana, PA.
