Mary Eva (Burda) Pavelchick, 79, of Jamestown, PA, formerly of Palmertown, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Rolling Fields Nursing Home, Conneautville, PA.The daughter of Paul and Susana (Mrva) Burda, she was born August 16, 1929 in Johnstown, PA.Mrs. Pavelchick was of the catholic faith.She is survived by her husband, Frank A. Pavelchick; three daughters, Sue Ann Markel and husband, John of Black Lick; Doris Hartzell and husband, Bob of Wheeling, WV and Helen Glance and husband, Wayne Sr., of Black Lick; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ernest Paul Pavelchick on August 4, 1962 and four brothers, Paul, John, Andy and Emil Burda.The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A Prayer service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home with Fr. Chester J. Raimer officiatingInterment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana, PA.
