Charlotte Marion (Campbell) Hoover, 67, of Black Lick, PA passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA.The daughter of Cyrus C. and Frances (Oshell) Campbell, she was born February 23, 1941 in Buffington Twp., Indiana Co., PA.She was a member of the Chapel of Hope, Black Lick and the Aging Services Senior Center at Chestnut Hills, Blairsville.Mrs. Hoover and her husband owned Hoover's Market in Black Lick.Surviving are her husband, Lee Hoover, whom she married on July 14, 1959; a son, Ronald K. Hoover and wife, Susan of Robinson; two daughters, Brenda L. Volk and husband, Bob of Josephine and Cindy L. Rensko and husband, Tom of Seward; eight grandchildren, Tanya Short and husband, Josh; Tracy Short; Misty Gehring and fiancé, Scott StClair; Timothy Volk; Lacey Jackson and husband, Gary; Alesha Hoover, Kelsey Hoover and Sophie Volk; six great grandchildren, Megan Gehring, Destiny Short, Logan Cook, Jacob StClair, Landon Short and Nathaniel Jackson; brother, Cyrus C. Campbell Jr. of Homer City; two sisters, Anna Marie Vargo and husband, Robert of Brook Park, OH and Dorothy Heming and husband, Robert of Blairsville; special friends, Joyce Cochran of Blairsville and Betty and Carmen; and numerous nieces and nephewsShe was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James and a sister, Elizabeth Kott.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Chapel of Hope, Black Lick, PA with Rev. Stephen R. Miller officiating.Interment will be in Armagh Cemetery, East Wheatfield Twp., PA
