Frank Jerome Lychalk, 89, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Friday, November 7, 2008 at St. Andrew's Village, Indiana.The son of Michael and Susanna (Lukac) Lychalk, he was born May 20, 1919 in Josephine, PA.Mr. Lychalk was a veteran of the US Army.He was a member of the Blairsville VFW Post #5821 and enjoyed going to the senior center.Prior to his retirement in 1971, he was employed by Torrance State Hospital for 19 years.Surviving are a son, Dennis M. Lychalk and wife, Marie of Blairsville; two grandsons, Michael Lychalk and Eric Lychalk; two great grandsons and a sister, Betty Sheetz of St. Petersburg, FL.He was preceded in death by his parents; three wives, Anna, Peggy and Christine; a son, John; two brothers, John and Andrew and four sisters, Helen, Mary, Margaret and Mildred.There will be no visitation or funeral services.
