James Robert Tedeski, 36, of Homer City, PA passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2008 at his home.The son of John R. and Helen (Varholick) Tedeski, he was born October 20, 1971 in White Twp., PA.He graduated from Homer Center High School in 1990 and worked as a laborer.Surviving are his mother of Homer City; a son, Timothy James Tedeski of Newport News, VA; a brother, John M. Tedeski and wife, Rhonda of Homer City and a step-niece, Breana Vitalie and her son, Caden Vitalie of Homer City.He was preceded in death by his father in 2006; maternal grandparents, Mike and Frances Varholick and paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Tedeski.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Jake Shelatz officiating.Interment will be in SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
