Margaret Gertrude (Sindorf) Bothwell, 101, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at the Country Living Personal Care Home, Blairsville.The daughter of William and Sarah Mathilda (Sylvester) Sindorf, she was born September 1, 1906 in Derry, PA.Mrs. Bothwell lived most of her life in Blairsville and was a member of the Community Bible Church, Bolivar.In her younger years, she enjoyed hunting, fishing and water skiing.Surviving are a son, Charles W. Bothwell of Greensboro, NC and a brother, Warren Sindorf of Lakeland, FloridaShe was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Nathaniel Albert Bothwell in 1987 and four sisters, Mary Klingensmith, Mildred Albaugh, Ruth Graham and Jennie Robinson.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Elwood Phaunmiller and Rev. Rex Lichtenfels co-officiating.Interment will be in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont, PA.
