Betty J. (Suman) Zimmers, 82, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Beacon Ridge, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Edward and Maude (Kirkland) Suman, she was born June 14, 1925 in Bairdstown, PA.Mrs. Zimmers lived her entire life in Blairsville and was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville.Surviving are two sons, Robert E. Zimmers and wife, Cindy of Blairsville and Larry A. Zimmers of Elkton, MD; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Robert Zimmers on March 9, 1994; a daughter, Diana Brant in 1991; three brothers, Roy, Edward and John Suman and three sisters, Marie Suman, Ruth Weaver and Louise Ramsden.Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery.Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N.
