Evelyn L. (Mologne) Nicholson, 80, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Keeper of the Flame Morewood, Blairsville.A daughter of Ralph A. and Edith A. (Shannon) Mologne, she was born November 7, 1927 in Blairsville.Mrs. Nicholson was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Blairsville. She graduated from Blairsville High School in 1945.Mrs. Nicholson and her husband spent the winters in Florida since 1992.Surviving are her husband of 56 years, William Nicholson, whom she married on June 30, 1951; three sons, William R. Nicholson and wife, Ruth Ann; David L. Nicholson and wife, Kathy and Gary E. Nicholson and wife, Rose all of Blairsville; eight grandchildren, Valerie Baker, Jennifer Nicholson, Billy Nicholson, David Nicholson, Holly Nicholson, Kristy Kubisek, Brandon Kubisek and Kayla Kubisek; four great grandchildren and a sister, Virginia Meidinger and husband, Robert of Blairsville.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Dorothy Pollock in 1997.The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with Rev.
