Frances L. (Swasy) Cramer, 85, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Friday, May 4, 2007 at her home.The daughter of Lavera (Bruner) Swasy and Logan and Nora Swasy, she was born January 7, 1922 in Blacklick Twp., PA.Mrs. Cramer lived her entire life in Blacklick Twp. and was a member of the Hopewell United Methodist Church. Surviving are three children, Mary Jane Clawson and husband, Gary of Blairsville; Linda Minerd and husband, Bruce of Pittsburgh and Samuel B. Cramer Jr. and wife, Eileen of Derry; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Adamchik Huston and husband, Charles of Blairsville and a step-brother, James Holmes of Florida.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Benton Cramer Sr. in 1997; a daughter, Virginia Orange, a son-in-law, Robert Brown; four sisters, Gladys Henry McCullia, Evabell McAdams, Helen Cramer and Ethel Thompson.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday in the funeral home with Rev. Joseph Stains officiating.Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana, PA.Memorial contributions may be made to the Blairsville Public Library, 113 North Walnut St., Blairsville, PA 15717
