Joan Louise (Kellerman) Patz, 68, Blairsville, PA (Gray Station) passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2007 in Excela Health Latrobe Area Hospital, Latrobe, PA.A daughter of Joseph L. and Sarah E. (Short) Kellerman, she was born July 18, 1938 in Hillside, PA.Mrs. Patz was a member of the Gray Station Community Church and the Westinghouse Veteran's Association.She worked 22 years at Westinghouse Specialty Metals, Blairsville, retiring in 1978.Surviving are her husband of 40 years, Walter G. Patz, whom she married on August 13, 1966; a daughter, Karen Cmar and husband, Anthony of Millwood; three grandsons, Michael Anthony, Aiden Robert and Zane Christopher Cmar; brothers, her twin brother, Joseph Kellerman of Blairsville; David Kellerman and wife, Sandra of New Alexandria; James Kellerman and wife, Yvonne of Blairsville; sisters, June Ehman and husband, Ted of Blairsville; Sarah Curtis and husband, Oscar of Monroeville and Donna Patz and husband, Robert of Blairsville.She was preceded in death by her parents. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday in the funeral home with Rev. James R. Henigin officiatingInterment will be in Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PAMemorial contributions may be made to the Hillside Christian Guild or to the Gray Station Community Church.
