Edward Blair Sharp, 87, of Clarksburg, PA passed away on Monday, April 2, 2007 in the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.The son of Francis Clyde and Lottie (Cary) Sharp, he was born December 17, 1919 in Blacklick Twp., PA.Mr. Sharp was a member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Lewisville and the Farm Bureau of Indiana County.He was a self-employed farmer.Surviving are a son children, Donald B. Sharp and wife, Betty of Clarksburg; two daughters, Fay Ruby and husband, Paul of Clarksburg; Linda Malizia and husband, Joseph of Blairsville; a stepson, Ray Burrell and wife Marlene of Clarksburg; a son-in-law, Paul Porch, Jr.; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a brother, Clair Sharp and a sister, Ruby Kwisnek and husband, Steve all of Clarksburg.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ellen (Reeger) Sharp in 1973; a daughter, Helen Porch; a grandson, David Bucco; a granddaughter, Christine Bucco; a great granddaughter, Amanda Shaffor; three brothers, Norman, Floyd and Ray Sharp and two sisters, Hazel Cunningham and Dora Clawson. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home with Rev. Susan Porch Lantz officiating.Interment will be in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
