Paul Lessley Miller, 103, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.He was born February 11, 1903 in Mohnton, PA, the son of Harry W. and Lizzie Lessley Miller.Mr. Miller lived the last 10 years with his daughter, Carmen Gunder.He was a member of the First Assembly of God, Allentown, PA and had worked as a factory worker and farmer. Surviving are three sons, Paul L. Miller Jr. and wife, Mildred, of Waldorf, MD; Marvin Miller of Shoemakersville and Gerald Miller of Charlotte, NC and a daughter, Carmen Gunder of Blairsville; nine grandchildren, Donna Bryan, Dennis Miller, Linda Kershner, Bradly Miller, Tracy Bennett, Kelly Transou, Terry Gunder, Tim Gunder and Faith Ann Gunder; eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carrie Bensing Miller in 1992; a son, Carroll Miller; a brother, Chester; a sister, Mary Pennebecker and a grandson, Roger Sexton.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home with Rev. Charles S. Kitner and Rev. Rusty McClurg co-officiating.Interment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown, PA.
