Sylvia Grace Myers Kramer, 76, of Black Lick, Pa passed away on Monday, May 8, 2006 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Stewart I. and Grace R. Whitsell Myers, she was born February 22, 1930 in Strangford, PA. Mrs. Kramer lived most of her life in Blairsville and Black Lick areas where she was a caregiver and operated several personal care homes.She is survived by a daughter, Debora McConnell and husband, Robert of Black Lick; two grandchildren, Amanda Jones and Holly Ashbaugh; four great grandchildren, Eden McConnell, Madison Jones, Raven Jones and Morgan Ashbaugh; and two sisters, Bessie Holby of Black Lick and Gloria Roser of Homer City.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul K. Kramer; four sisters, Marie Doney, Genevie Lapore, Flemning Abram and Oletha Henry and four brothers, Emery Myers, Calvin Myers, Thomas Myers and James Myers.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA where a funeral service will be held at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Gerald D. Mershimer officiating.Interment will be private.
