Deloris Jean Corey Lukcik, 72, of Blairsville, PA (Blacklick Twp.) passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at her home.The daughter of Anthony and Mary Sabik Corey, she was born October 13, 1933 in Derry, PA.Mrs. Lukcik was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Kent, PA.She graduated from Derry High School in 1951. Prior to her marriage, she was employed by Westmoreland Plastics as a secretary from 1951-1960. She also worked for Hamilton Realty from 1976-1981 and for Dr. Richard Reilly from 1982-1994.She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Frank J. Lukcik whom she married June 15, 1957; a son, Mark D. Lukcik and wife, Robin of Blairsville, PA and a daughter, Jean F. Zadeh and husband, Parviz of Pittsburgh, PA; two grandchildren, Justin M. and Amber K. Lukcik; a brother, John Corey and wife, Ann of Greensburg, PA; three sisters, Katherine Fisher of Hollywood, FL; Rose Mary Bridge and husband, Clarence of Latrobe, PA and Helen Mitchell of Lawrenceville, GA and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Ann Marucco in 1999.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Thursday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA where a Wake service will be at 3:30 P.M. Thursday.A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Friday in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Kent, PA with Fr. George E. Saletrik as celebrant.Interment will be in SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Kent, PA.
