Mabel M. Ewing Fleming Wilson, 82, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2005 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness.She was one of four children of Roy and Alice Howard Ewing, she was born September 17, 1922 in Conemaugh Twp., PA.Mrs. Wilson was a member of Ebenezer Presbyterian Church of Lewisville for 73 years, Blairsville Grange #2012 and a 55 year member of the Third Thursday Sewing Club.She worked for Federal Laboratories, Tunnelton and later retired from Dean's Diner in Blairsville with 14 years of service.Surviving are a daughter, Donna Laughlin and her husband, Alex of New Alexandria, PA and a son, Robert Fleming and his wife, Mary of Torrance, PA; a stepson, Harry Wilson and his wife, Diane of Ijamsville, MD; two brothers, Howard Ewing and his wife, Mary; and Harry Ewing; and a sister, Dorothy Minarcik all of Blairsville, PA. She will be missed by her grandchildren, Alex Laughlin and his wife, Bonnie of Pitcairn, PA; Lisa Resslar and her husband, Adam of New Alexandria, PA; Lynn Ferguson of Indiana, PA; Rebecca Fleming of Denver Colorado; Amy Fleming of Dowingtown, PA and Emily Wilson of Ijamsville, MD; six great grandchildren, Amanda Kuehn; Christy and Jessica Laughlin; Katie and Shane Ferguson and Jennifer Resslar.She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 25 years, Paul H. Fleming who died in 1965 and her second husband, Clifford Wilson of 13 years who died in 1992.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Susan Porch Lantz officiating.Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Lewisville, PA.Memorial contributions may be made to the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, 78 Brown Road, Clarksburg, PA 15725The family would like to thank the Latrobe Area Hospital Hospice and her caregiver, Grace Sulkosky.
