Lois E. Hamilton Citeroni, 76, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at her home.The daughter of Walter and Margaret E. Lucas Hamilton, she was born June 27, 1928 in Indiana, PA.Mrs. Citeroni lived most of her life in Blairsville and was a member of the Blairsville United Presbyterian Church.She graduated from Shadyside School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, PA in 1949 and had worked for Torrance State Hospital as a registered nurse.Surviving are three sons, David S. Citeroni and his wife, Gerianne of North Huntingdon, PA; Thomas B. Citeroni and his wife, Peggy of Homer City, PA; William R. Citeroni and his wife, Michelle of Homer City, PA; two daughters, Karen Cyphert and her husband, David of Indiana, PA and Dr. Tracy B. Citeroni of Fredericksburg, VA; 12 grandchildren; brother, Walter Hamilton and his wife, Pat of Asheville, NC and a sister, Wanita Mazziotti and her husband, Paul of West Mifflin, PA.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William R. Citeroni, Jr. on September 4, 1979. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7 to 9 P.M. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Timothy R. Monroe officiating.Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
