N. Grace Dunlap Kepple, 87, of Blairsville, PA (Derry Twp.) passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 in the Latrobe Area Hospital, Latrobe, PA.The daughter of James B. and Nora G. Dunlap Dunlap, she was born May 25, 1917 in Derry Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA.Mrs. Kepple was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Blairsville, PA and also attended Old Salem Community Church.She lived her entire life in Derry Twp. and graduated from Derry Twp High School in 1934.Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Glenn C. Kepple whom she married September 5, 1936; two sons, Glenn Richard Kepple and his wife, Laura Fay of New Alexandria, PA and John C. "Jack" Kepple of Lancaster, PA; three grandchildren, Carol A. Curry and her husband, John of Murrysville, PA; Kirsten Wilfong and her husband, Rory of Lancaster, PA and Allison Kepple of Lancaster; four great grandchildren and a brother, W.R. Dunlap of Blairsville, PAShe was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Larry J. Kepple on April 17, 1991 and four sisters, Helen McGuerter, Luella Archibald, Agnes Waddle and Roxie O. Vorlage.The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Services will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Timothy R. Monroe and Rev. Dr. Roger D. Petersen co-officiating.Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
