Joseph J. Romanish, 62, of Coral, PA (Burrell Twp.) died on Saturday, July 17, 2004 at his home.The son of Marco and Mary Vadas Yurmanvic, he was born June 20, 1942 in Coral, PA.Mr. Romanish lived his entire life in Coral. He was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Coral, PA.He worked as a self-employed excavator for 30 years.Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Lylia J. Repine Romanish whom he married June 21, 1969; a daughter, Lisa J. Romanish of Coral; twin granddaughters, Katlyn and Kristen; two brothers, Mark Romanish and his wife, Barbara of Tallmadge, Ohio; George Romanish and his fiancée, Pat of Blairsville, PA and a sister, Catherine Carroll of Lucernemines, PA.He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Dorothy Helbling.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. in the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Coral, PA with Fr. Larry Kiniry as celebrant.Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Coral, PA.
