Anna Katherine Kosalko Kinkead, 92, of Josephine, PA died on Sunday, May 9, 2004 in the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Michael and Nathalia Virostek Kosalko, she was born January 10, 1912 in Black Lick, PA.Mrs. Kinkead was a member of SS Simon & Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, PA.Prior to her retirement in 1979, she was employed by Child's Restaurant, Pittsburgh, PA.She is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Avalli and her husband, Frank of Josephine, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth J. Kinkead in 1993; five brothers, Joseph, Michael, John, Steve and George Kosalko and a sister, Mary Miller.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA where a Wake services will be held on Tuesday at 8:30 P.M. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. in the SS Simon & Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, PA with Fr. Chester J. Raimer as celebrant.Interment will be in SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
