Dorothy C. "Sister" Foreman Leddon, 75, of Black Lick, PA died on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 in the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Davis A. and Inez J. Gabelli Foreman, she was born June 30, 1928 in Palmertown, PA.Mrs. Leddon was a devoted mother and housewife.Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Philip A. Leddon whom she married August 16, 1947; a son, Philip A. Leddon II and his wife, Lori of Black Lick, PA; three daughters, Constance A. Nahalka of Palm Harbor, FL; Donna Leddon and her friend, John Fisher of Homer City, PA and Dottie LaMantia and her friend, Brian Moore of Newport Ritchie, FL; nine grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; a brother, Davis "Sony" Foreman of Black Lick, PA and a sister, Florence Young and her husband, Jack Durfee of Greensburg, PA.She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Joseph Nahalka in 1965.The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Jeffrey L. Ruff officiating.Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
