Margaret E. Milliman Palmer, 72, of Graceton, PA died on Monday, March 15, 2004 in the Communities at Indian Haven, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Richard and Geneva Fails Milliman, she was born July 9, 1931 in Indiana, PA.Mrs. Palmer was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Blairsville, PA.She had worked at the Holiday Inn, Indiana, PA, retiring in 1984.Surviving are her children, Carol Frain and her husband, James of Coral, PA; Debbie D'Ambrosi and her husband, Tony of Rome, NY; Terry Palmer and his wife, Sandra of Black Lick, PA; John Palmer of Altman, PA and Judy McKendrick and her husband, Leonard Jr. of Josephine, PA; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Milliman of Connellsville, PA and a sister, Geneva "Dolly" Frain of Josephine, PA.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward Palmer; a son, Harry Palmer and a grandson, Nathan McKendrick. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Gerald D. Mershimer officiating.Interment will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, West Wheatfield Twp., PA.
