Goldie A. Holler Dascenzo, 88, of Blairsville, PA died on Sunday, January 25, 2004 in the Loyalhanna Care Center, Latrobe, PA.A daughter of William and Elizabeth Gavai Holler, she was born December 14, 1915 in Argentina, PA (Butler Co.)Mrs. Dascenzo was a member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, Blairsville, PA.She is survived by a son, Larry G. Dascenzo and his wife, Barbara of Latrobe, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry A. Dascenzo on September 11, 1995; stepfather, Joseph Magerl and two brothers, William and Louis Holler.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Christy Ramsey officiating.Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
