Annie E. Betton Shetler, 83, of Blairsville, PA died on Monday, December 29, 2003 in Beacon Ridge, Indiana, PA.A daughter of Emanuel and Mabel Harriet Fye Betton, she was born April 23, 1920 in Parson, PA.Mrs. Shetler was a member of the First Baptist Church, Blairsville, PA.Surviving are two sons, William T. Shetler Jr. and his wife, Karen, Josephine, PA and Denver E. Shetler and his wife, Janet, Blairsville, PA and a daughter, Rachel M. Yurko, Black Lick, PA; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Betton, New Florence, PA and Franklin Betton, Ligonier, PA; four sisters, Jane Miller, New Florence, PA; Marie McAdams, Seward, PA; Mildred Foster, Indiana, PA and Virginia Moore, Indiana, PA.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William T. Shetler Sr. on May 4, 1995; a grandson, Jason Shetler in 1990 and a sister, Margaret Simko.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. Services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Paul L. Carter officiating.Interment will be in Luther Chapel Cemetery, Coral, PA.
